Check whether your computer detects the antenna:
On Windows:
Right-click the Windows icon on the Start bar and select "Device Manager."
On Mac:
Click the Launchpad icon in the Dock, click "Other", and then click "System Information".
If it is not detected, it may be due to several reasons:
The USB port on your PC is damaged. Make a quick test by changing the antenna to a different USB port.
Very strict antivirus software may not allow the drivers required to be downloaded.
For Windows, you can download them from here.
On Mac it is not necessary.
If several simulators or applications that use ANT+, such as Garmin, Zwift, Trainer Road, etc., are running at the same time, close the ones you're not using.
Check that they are not resident in memory. The ANT+ antenna may already be in use by another application and you cannot manage it from the one you're currently accessing.
