The warranty on your Zycle product may be void if:
If any repair or maintenance work is not carried out by Zycle official after-sales service.
If it has been used incorrectly, for a purpose other than for which the product is designed.
If non-original Zycle parts are used.
If the product is modified without Zycle's consent.
Due to normal wear or incorrect maintenance.
Due to the influence of external causes such as excess moisture, condensation, etc.
Due to damage to the product during transport that has not been organised by Zycle.
In these cases, all costs derived from repairing the product will be passed on to the customer according to a previously sent quotation.
