If for some reason your Zycle roller does not work correctly, please contact Zycle through this form and a Zycle after-sales technician will contact you to help you resolve it.
If the incident cannot be resolved remotely, the technician will give you instructions to send the roller to Zycle's facilities so that it can be repaired and you can enjoy it again as quickly as possible.
Remember that if your Zycle roller is under warranty, there is no cost for the repair. Otherwise, a repair quotation will be sent before any work is carried out that will include the transport expenses for your approval.
