Screw the front and rear crossbars to the ends of the frame base. Use 4 M8x20 screws and 4 x M8 washers, use the Allen key 5 to tighten them. Once the crossbars are perfectly screwed into place, cover the front and rear union with the plastic trims.
Screw the pedals to the cranks. Use the pedals key to do this. Be sure to put the pedal L on the left and R on the right, (these indications are on the inside of the pedal) according to the pedalling direction. Remember the rotation direction to tighten them.

Choose the crank length you want and screw the pedals to that length. Use a 15mm spanner to tighten them.
Insert the seat post into the frame. The seat height can be adjusted by raising or lowering the seat post; use the frame adjustment lever to fasten it into position.
The seat can also be adjusted forward or backward using a number 14 spanner (not included).
Insert the handlebar post into the frame. The handlebar height can be adjusted by raising or lowering the seat post; use the frame adjustment lever to fasten it into position. Next, insert the handlebar into the handlebar post guide. Use the handle and tightening washer to fasten the handlebar in the desired position.
Place the smartphone holder on the desired place on the handlebar. Remember that on the front of the frame, just below the handlebar, there is a USB port to charge your smartphone. Plug your handlebar into the ethernet jack to change the resistance through the buttons.
If you need to move your ZBike, stand in front of the handlebar and tilt it so that it can be moved on the rear wheels.
Plug the power adapter into the connector located on the back right side of the centre bar of the frame.
If you want to try it now, use the buttons under the handlebar to change the resistance, remember that it must be connected to the electricity. You'll get the greatest potential if you connect your ZBike with an application or device such as a Garmin Edge , since the resistance adjusts automatically depending on the session type you choose.
