The type of roller that best suits your needs will depend on the following factors:
1. Type of bike
If you have a road bike or gravel bike, we recommend the Compact model.
It has 3 rollers with a 60mm section designed to generate greater resistance and provide the cyclist with the optimal effort for a proper training session.
We recommend the Track model if your bike is a track bike or fixie without a gear change system.
It has 3 rollers with a 90mm section designed to generate greater inertia and less resistance, ideal for muscle toning before and after races.
Finally, we recommend the OFF Road model with a longer frame if you have a mountain bike.
Like the Compact model, it has 3 rollers with a 60mm section designed to generate greater resistance and provide the cyclist with the optimal effort for a proper training session.
2. Roller material
You can choose between two types of material for your roller:
- PVC
- Aluminum
The difference between the two is the heat dissipation capacity caused by friction with the wheels of your bicycle.
Aluminum provides better dissipation and, therefore, less wear on your tires.
Only if you use your RooDol by ZYCLE very intensively with a track bike should you opt for an aluminum finish.
A PVC finish on your roller will be more than sufficient in all other cases.
3º Frame color.
You can currently purchase the frame of your RooDol by ZYCLE roller in 5 different colors:
- Black
- Blue
- Yellow
- Green
