Pursuant to articles 114 and following of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, 16 November, which approves the consolidated text of the Consumer Protection Act and other complementary laws, all products delivered by Zycle must be pursuant to the agreement entered into, with Zycle liable to the User for any breaches of conformity that arise within two years of the delivering the product. In the case of countries outside the European Union, the guarantee period will be valid for one year from the delivery of the product (managed by the distributor or store).
During the warranty extension period, Zycle guarantees that in the event of any fault or defect in any of its products, any component will be repaired or replaced at no charge.
Defects that have resulted from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accidents, excess moisture, insects, improper packing, lightning, power surges, or unauthorized tampering, alteration, or modification are not covered by the warranty.
In the case of out-of-warranty repairs carried out by Zycle, the parts or components replaced have a 6-month warranty from the repair date. This warranty on parts does not include transportation or labor.
ZYCLE's commercial warranty exclusively applies to new products purchased through our official channels or authorized distributors.
The following are excluded from the commercial warranty:
- Second-hand products.
- Products resold, transferred, or tampered with.
- Products acquired outside our official channels.
- Products acquired between individuals.
The commercial warranty applies solely to the original purchaser who purchased through an official channel. This warranty becomes void when the item is resold or transferred to a third party.
