If you detect that your ZBike does not change resistance during a session with any of the compatible simulators, please complete the following checks.
First check that your ZBike is correctly connected to the power supply. You'll see that the LED under the handlebar is green.
Secondly, check that your ZBike is correctly paired with the APP used to do the session. To do this, check that the ZBike's LED is white if it's paired using ANT+, or blue if it's paired through Bluetooth.
One of the consequences of wireless communication failures between the ZBike and the different simulators or applications is that the slopes don't enter correctly due to the loss of information.
