If the Zycle roller does not change resistance during a session, please complete the following checks.
First check that the Zycle roller is correctly connected to the power supply. The LED must remain continuously illuminated green.
Second, check that the Zycle roller/bike is compatible with the software application you're going to train with. To do this, check that you can see the power, speed, etc. data from the pairing screen.
Third, if you're using a simulator or application in which the weight needs to be entered in your profile, check that it is correct. An incorrect weight can affect the resistance applied by the roller.
If you notice that the roller removes resistance for no reason, as if it were permanently resetting, you may have a static energy overload. In which case, follow the instructions in the following article "Recommended tyres".
One of the consequences of the failures of wireless communication between the roller and the device with which it is paired is that the information loss mean's that the slopes are not correct. In this case, please follow the instructions in the article "How to avoid interference".
Finally, if you continue to notice after making the above checks that the roller continues either without resistance or with incorrect resistance, please contact Zycle as soon as possible to provide a solution.
