Zycle rollers require virtually no maintenance. It is recommended to store them in a dry place with little exposure to damp to preserve the life of the metal elements. Also remember to dry all the areas that have been wet with your perspiration or other liquids after each session.
It is also recommended to periodically (once per month) add some lubricating oil to the mechanisms of the Zycle roller and bicycle.
